POUND!

TRX stand for Total Body Resistance Exercise.  Suspension training bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability by leveraging gravity and one's body weight to complete different exercises all set in an energetic group setting driven by music.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out ! Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is
easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

HardCore

In this 30 minute class we will challenge the part of our body that is responsible for stability, flexibility, and balance: your core.  Packing in exercises focusing on abs, obliques, pelvis, and back in an energetic group setting, incorporating the use of "the slide" that will leave your core feeling amazing and strong.

Buti Yoga

Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret."  Buti Yoga transforms your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, plus conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice.  

Scorch 'n Tone

This class focuses on combining the elements of muscle strengthening for the entire body with cardio moves intended to keep your heart rate high and the calories burning.  This is traditional circuit training done in a different way each week and all in tune and in step with music to help you achieve your best.  Our instructors will lead you through an intense cardio and strengthening workout designed to make the most of your time while hitting every major muscle group and keeping the calories scorched and your muscles toned.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic class that is all about restoring the body and mind to a balanced and relaxed state by gently stretching all the muscles, using the breath and props, to help melt away tension and stress.  Infrared lights are used to enhance the experience by improving circulation which helps relax the muscles and ease pain.

Strength

This class focuses only on strengthening the entire body.  Both body weight exercises and exercises that require equipment, you will push and pull and give "what it takes" to get the body to its ultimate strength potential.  

Zumba + Toning

Zumba is a perfect combination of fun and fitness as an aerobic dance program inspired by world music choreographed to form a fitness party type atmosphere, providing a heart-pumping, calorie scorching workout.  The toning portion add in hand weights and bands to strengthen your upper body and core and build endurance for an active recovery in between dances.

CHISEL!

This musically driven class focuses on full-body fitness by incorporating strength moves for the entire body.  The workout is choreographed with the music designed to keep the energy level challenging and fun.  The use of equipment such as bands and dumbbells, as well as body-weight only moves inspired by yoga and pilates makes this class a fit for every fitness level and every fitness style.  You will burn calories and get lean, all while building confidence and strength. 

P90X Live

Using the elements of P90X, P90X2, and P90X3, this class is designed in a setting focused on Cardio X, lower body, upper body, and core creating a fun group dynamic of friendly competition.  It is all accompanied by popular music specifically designed with cues to help guide the class.  This class is about overall fitness and the "extreme" come only from how hard you push.  This class can be modified to improving any fitness level.

TurboKick

TurboKick is a fat blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that is sweeping the nation's health clubs and allows you to burn up to 1000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple cardio moves set to heart pumping dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you flow from one to the next using your breath.  Each class offers a variety of poses designed to build strength and increase flexibility so that no two classes are ever the same. Our instructors will challenge you to seek mindfulness and improve body awareness with every flow.

Yoga Melt

A combination of Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga, this class offers the best of each.  By incorporating poses and stringing them together, each class is designed to build strength and increase body awareness. By slowing the moves down, and building in relaxation techniques and infrared lights, the class offers healing and restoration.  Come on in and melt.
